I randomly choose a word (using a nifty online generator) and member (using a nifty hat and pieces of paper with member names on them).
And from that I write a drabble. An un-beta'd, un genre'd drabble.
Like mentioned, the member is chosen at random -- UNLESS the word chosen goes perfectly with a particular member and I can't resist. I'll try not to let that happen too often, and I'll let you know if I do any way.
So, I'm challenging myself to write 100 of these.
